Heir of Ulum-e-Mehr, this
Nasiriyah poet of seven
languages, the lamp of Golra
Hazrat Allama Pir Syed Naseer-
ud-Din Naseer
Peer Syed Naseer ud din Naseer
Gillani Golra Sharif
Allama Peer Syed Naseer ud din Naseer ,son of Peer Syed Ghulam Moin Ud Din Gillani, referred as Languages".
He was the grandson of Pir Syed Ghulam Moinuddin's son Arjumand and Pir Mehr Ali Shah. He was born on November 14, 1949 in Golra Sharif. He was the Sajjada Nasheen of Golra Sharif's Dargah.
After the death of Pir Syed Ghulam Moinuddin, his eldest son Pir Syed Naseeruddin Naseer Gilani was given the responsibility of Sajjada Nashini. Pir Syed Naseer-ud-Din Naseer Gilani was a staunch scholar of knowledge and mysticism, a city-wide Naat-speaking poet, a true lover of the Holy Prophet and a distinguished spiritual leader who shone like a sun and moon on the sky of guidance. His religious, spiritual, national, scientific and literary services are unforgettable. Pir Syed Naseeruddin Naseer was apparently an individual, a personality but in reality an institution, an association and a source and repository of religious knowledge. He was a great Sufi, a perfect saint, a great man of Qalandar, a great reader, poet, writer, critic and orator.
Two things have always been proud of the world. One lineage and the other knowledge. He was also proud to be of high lineage and Allah had also endowed him with a wealth of knowledge. He said that getting Sajjada Nasheeni only on the basis of lineage is tantamount to not doing justice to this position. Without knowledge, grace and prophetic morality, no one is qualified for this spiritual position. Hazrat Pir Sahib did not lead a life of ease and comfort by being content with mere relationships, but kept his body and mind busy for the acquisition of knowledge and wealth. He kept the imagination of "Padram Pir Bud" at bay. Pir Muridi did not make a living. Considering the pen as a tool of knowledge, he used it well.
Pir Syed Naseeruddin Naseer has written several books, the study of which opens the windows of the heart and mind and gives eternal bliss to the soul.
